Important Notice – Cigarette Butts and Community Regulations

In recent weeks, a significant number of cigarette butts have been found in the garden areas and on the ground floor terraces of the community. This situation has led to multiple complaints from owners, particularly those living on the ground floor, who are directly affected by this behavior.

We remind all residents that throwing cigarette butts or any other objects from balconies or terraces is strictly prohibited under the Community Rules. In addition to causing inconvenience and hygiene issues, this practice poses a fire risk and shows a lack of respect for neighbors and shared spaces.

Furthermore, according to Spanish law, specifically the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal and local municipal ordinances, actions that cause damage, dirt, or nuisance to other properties or common areas may result in financial liability. The person responsible can be required to cover cleaning costs, damages caused, and may also face administrative fines imposed by local authorities.

We kindly ask all residents and guests to act responsibly, use ashtrays, and help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.
