General information

OPENING HOURS: Every day between 8:00 to 22:00 hours.

HEATED POOL – October/April 9:00 to 17:00 hours

USE OF THE POOL OUT OF OPENING HOURS IS NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE RESPECT THE HOURS OF REST.

UTILISATION: Reserved for OWNERS, TENANTS & FAMILY of these.
GUESTS: Under the responsibility of a resident invited by and accompanied by them.

Rules

• All bathers must shower before entering the pool.

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and must supervise them at all times.

• Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.

• Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the pool area.

• Glass bottles, glass objects, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Cans must be disposed of in appropriate containers.

• Dive bombing, running dives, and running around the pool area are prohibited, as they are dangerous.

• Playing music in the pool area is not permitted.

• Appropriate bathing suits must be worn at all times.

• Entry to the pool area with shoes is not allowed.

• Unacceptable or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Sun beds may not be reserved when not in use. Towels or personal items left unattended may be removed.

• Access to the pool area requires wearing the designated colored wristband. The guard or lifeguard may ask anyone without a wristband to leave the pool area. Wristbands are not required for children under 12 years of age.

• The present rules are in accordance with guidelines laid down by Comunidad Valenciana to ensure safety and hygiene in public pools and water parks.

• The community’s employees and any owner have powers to reprimand and invite to leave the pool area to anyone that does not observe these rules.
